Located in one of the safest areas of Belize City, only 15 min to Int. Airport and 10 to downtown & water-taxi, our studio offers AC, fast Wifi, smart TV, equipped kitchen & cozy patio. Corner store & several restaurants only 10 minites walk.

Stay with us to visit popular tourist attractions like Mayan Pyramids, Cave-tubing, ATM cave, Zip-lining, Horseback riding, Waterfalls, the Zoo and more! Don't forget to book a snorkeling tour to the reef, or just do a fun day trip to one of the islands!

🏠 STUDIO INFORMATION:
Tastefully furnished studio has everything to make our guests feel like home while being away from home. In a nice size space you will have a modern kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, cooking oil and spices, as well as purified water are provided for your stay. The bathroom will have a shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water and fresh clean white towels. There is a dining table that oftentimes is used as a computer desk. Queen size bed with hotel-like white sheets is placed in-front of a smart tv connected to a Netflix and Digi TV with 130 channels. Our windows are soundproof, and in combination with the new AC in the studio, you are guaranteed to have a good rest. Our wifi internet speed is the fastest in Belize (fiber-optic).

🅿️ PARKING:
Please do not be concerned that we offer street parking only. It is very well lid at night by one of the street lights that illuminates the road and parked vehicles. Area is safe. Our own vehicles are parked on the street every night.

🌳 THE PROPERTY:
Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is to be used by all our guests and serves as our lobby area.

Our yard, fence and landscape are under some renovation. Also, we adding one more unit in the back and outdoor kitchen for our guests. Work is not loud or every day and is always finished before 5 pm, but we want our guests to know beforehand.

🧺 LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry service on the premises available for additional fee Mn-Fr. Clean towels and bed linen is brought to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can provide beach towels as well.

🚲 BIKES:
We have two bicycles that are offered to our guests free of charge. Use them to explore the city or to do grocery shopping/ food pickup!

* Please note, no guests should be invited over, besides the people listed in the reservation. Parties are not allowed!
** Our apartments are a NON-SMOKING accommodation, this includes marijuana and smoking anywhere within our property. Other guests may be keeping their windows open and we want to avoid unpleasant situations. Feel free to exit the yard and have a smoke out on the street. So many of our smoking guests do that, and we are so glad they still choose to stay with us.
*** EARLY CHECK-IN and/or LATE CHECK-OUT (3pm the latest), if possible, could be arranged for an extra fee of 25usd.
**** If you are traveling with a pet, only small and medium size dogs would be allowed, and there is a 50usd fee.

Quiet restful.
Well maintained, clean property. The pool was in the process of being installed; it will be a good addition. Only problem is location, no places to walk and no shopping. Great helpful hosts!

This apartment was very nice and clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay which is what we were looking for. Safety was a concern for us in Belize City, and this neighborhood was much nicer compared to others closer to downtown or the south side. Everything you need is within a few minites drive.

There are several apartments all in the same building, and I have stayed in two. Both were clean, new and great value for your money. Quiet residential area, but close to many restaurants. Got no complaints. Would recommend!

Tiana’s place is great value for your money. Directions received were excellent, it was really easy to find it. The location is good, close to groceries and restaurants, but also safe. Fast wifi, and finally a comfy bed and pillows. Communal outside area was cozy with boho touch, very very quiet area. Enjoyed my stay!
