The property is very modern. It is clean, quaint, beautiful and quiet. The staff provides great customer service. Marlon has responded to everything we needed and made this an effortless stay. We are so happy we picked this property.

The Palms Belize was wonderful! The room amazing, very spacious, clean, modern, and very accommodating. The welcome gift-coconut bread was very delicious and sweet!! 2 suggestions for the rooms with a king size bed - switch the wardrobe close to where the pictures are on the wall, so you can better see the TV from the super comfortable bed and blanket. Consider adding a complimentary breakfast buffet for 2- 3 hours maybe by the pool area or in front of by the front door. They had all necessary kitchen utensils, bottle opener, plates, bowls, glasses and wine glasses. The refrigerator and snack station was fully stocked. Pool was beautiful cleaned regularly and a good temperature. We didn’t use the gym and spa area but it seemed nice. Small capacity. Excellent customer service. The grounds were well-groomed, maintained and clean at all times. Security at night. Marlen the concerige/manager was fantastic!! He made himself available at all times, assisted with restaurants recommendations, excursions, taxi/shuttle services, local sites and Belizean history and culture. He is the best! I stayed for 5 days with my daughter. He made us feel extremely comfortable, welcoming and always willing to accommodate us. I will definitely stay again at Psalm Belize!! Ohhh, tour guide King David and his worker Jack was the best!! Highly recommend them and Marlen referred King David to us!! Amazing full day trip at Altun Ha, monkey sanctuary and cave tubing!! Great memories at Belize!!!!

My stay at The Palms in Belize City was amazing! I came across this property late in my visit, but I’m so glad I did, as it’s now my favorite place to stay in the city!! The property is well maintained and very clean. I felt very safe and appreciated the gate opener to make driving in easy. The Palms paid attention to the details and I love that. Marlon provided excellent service and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’ve already recommended The Palms Belize to a couple friends and I’ll for sure be back on my next visit!

This is beautiful new hotel. The rooms are very specious , modern design with sitting area and large TV screen . The bar area in the room,coffee maker toaster and plates are very helpful. The complimentary coffee cake was delicious.They have nice swimming pool. The place is safe in good neighborhood. The beautiful coffee shop is in the walking distance to the hotel. They serve delicious coffee You will find a lots of breakfast and lunch options.My husband and I love the place. We stayed there last night before going to airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They organized out taxi from the ferry. It was awesome stay . We will come back. Thank you for you hospitality.

This hotel was amazing and extremely accommodating. The rooms were super clean and my friends and I loved it here. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you’re going to Belize. Marlon was amazing and responded so quickly anytime we needed anything. Do not hesitate to book !

Outstanding service Marlon and all of the staff at the Palms go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and safety. Anything you need whether it's regarding regular hotel accommodations, arranging transportation, or filling up you itinerary with things to do during you stay Marlon and the rest of the staff truly go above and beyond to assist you in anyway they can. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was spotless and clean, very comfortable bed, it has great kitchen area to store and reheat any food or make an espresso. Patricia gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and was so kind and engaging during the last day of my stay. I can not speak more highly of this amazing hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip to Belize. Thank you to everyone there who helped to make my trip so special and memorable!

This is a very modern, comfortable, contemporary suite in an intimate property with very nice amenities and very nice pool. Service was excellent. Security guards were very friendly. Location is a little far from most of the restaurants, but still within a 45 minute walk. This property appears brand new in 2024. Water pressure was weak. Price was a bit high.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We own a resort in the jungle and occasionally need a place to recommend to our guests in the city and near the airport. We stayed here one night in preparation to pick my husband up from the airport. The place is beautiful, well-kept, very thoughtful touches throughout, amazingly clean and comfortable, great design, a delicious cafe just around the corner, and more. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to all our guests! A great little hidden gem in Belize City.

Arranged pickup from the airport, which was pricey for BZE, but you can’t pay for peace of mind! Hotel was VERY spacious and CLEAN. Fresh towels, toiletries, and even a welcome pan (bread) upon arrival. I didn’t mind the 15 min walk to the restaurants (Joe’s/Lucca’s), or souvenir shop, but Jose will hook you up with a taxi w/o price gouging you. Chow Sun/Celebrity restaurants close, but Celebrity (8/10) was much more expensive than the others listed. Pool was refreshing. Staff was amazing!!!!! S/O Laura, Victor, and Angelee. I would LOVE to come again when we visit! New, contemporary, quiet, beds comfortable!
