Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI enjoyed the privacy of the compound. The accommodations were very nice. I walked around the property and enjoyed the water features and other interesting buildings on the grounds. I'll be back next year during my annual trip to Bentonville.

Perfect for our short little visit

Nice little place, very clean and quiet
Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHad several problems with the automatic door lock, but the owner answered the phone every time I called and was extremely helpful. It was a cute little place and very convenient for where I wanted to be. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the only places to sleep are bunkbeds. It would be nice to have one queen size bed, and one set of bunkbeds. Didn’t really like sleeping in a bunkbed, but the place was great and the people are wonderful.

Great outdoor space
Publié le 15 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe grounds at this property are outstanding. We were glad we took our own lawn chairs, nothing but folding chairs outside. The inside is quirky but okay if you plan to be on the go alot. There are some repairs that should be addressed, rocking toilet, sink stopper. We did encounter a mouse in a sticky trap. We couldn’t get the tv to work and did call about it but got no response. I wouldn’t completely discourage anyone from staying here because it is a good location and it’s beautiful outside. But the price is in line with the eminities.

Quirky getaway

The accommodations were just what we needed after long days of hiking and sightseeing - warm showers and comfy beds. We were 15 minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville attractions. We were 45 minutes from Hobbs state park hiking trails. We enjoyed walking the grounds around the cabin spotting quirky signs and hidden treasures. We appreciated the great hospitality with snacks, board games, and toiletries. We need to return when it's warmer and we can spend more time with the garage door open!

A wonderful surprise out in the country!

The grounds are beautiful and the expansive lawn allowed us to play games in our down time. The waterfall is beautiful. The owners have taken great care to fill the cottage and the surrounding area with quality items. The retro car theme was great fun even though we are not car enthusiasts. The beds and bedding were top quality and very comfortable. We went to Eureka Springs to go Zip Lining. The fall drive was gorgeous. Another day was spent in Bentonville and at Crystal Bridges. This is a beautiful VRBO and if the twin bunk beds work for you it is well worth driving the extra few minutes to find this spot in the country. It was truly unique and I highly recommend staying here.

Great Rental in Bella Vista AR
Publié le 10 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayAwesome location. Cool,quaint, out of the way of the busy streets, but easy to get where you need to go. Great hosts, clean rental. Really cool decor. Love the theme of the house and area. Highly recommended for family. Close to back 40 trails. Great bike wash and shop to use for repairs if needed on sight. 5 stars for sure.
