Beautifully home

Not Good
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayArrived in Bella Vista at 12:20pm. Called local property manager representative at 12:49 pm to see if we could check in early. Recevied text at 5:59 pm that she had been traveling all day and didn't have cellular/signal. Did not try to get into unit until 6:45 pm. Lock was broken could not reach property manager. Her voicemail box was full. Hard time contacting Evolve. No emergency contact number listed for Evlove. Took many calls to Elvove to finally talk to a real person. Once I was able to get through to someone at Evlove they were helpful. Finally home owner was contacted by Evolve who told me how to use broken lock. Significantly spoiled evening plans and schedule for next day. Very poor service.

Sister's 80th Birthday
Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayAll went well but the deck was unusable. zthe supports are undersized and warped. They are not fastened to the ground. The deck is dangerous. There where a number of lights burned out and the fan in the master bathroom didn't work.
