Would stay here again!
Publié le 16 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit is very spacious and clean with three nice bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are compact, but sufficient and well stocked. The fireplace and decks are nice touches. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the birds. The owner lives upstairs and you can hear footsteps from that. You do need to be careful walking around to the door to the unit. The steps are clear and well-maintained, but we are older and just were very mindful. The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood. Bella Vista is a nice community. We met the host and she was very gracious and accommodating.

Gary was an awesome guest! Communication went smoothly and upon departure he left the rental space in good shape. I would definitely welcome him as a return guest.

Nice and affordable

However, I would not recommend it for anyone with a disability, including bad knees or difficult walking. The trail to the entry were steep and hard to climb and walk down. Our ages range from 64 to 75 and we had a hard time going in and out.
A great place for ayounger guest.

It was a pleasure to have Larry as a guest. Communication went smoothly and on departure he left the rental in good shape. I did want to mention that the steps leading to the entrance is on a slope and has multiple steps. Over the years, I have rented to several older people (some 80+) who were satisfied and managed the steps. For individuals with physical limitations, the steps could pose a problem.

Girls Trip!
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station.
