The accommodations were highly satisfactory. The staff - especially Yasmine - was extraordinarily pleasant, helpful and patient with our changing travel needs. We would definitely choose the Charming Bellagio Hotel for any return trip to Lake Como.

Very clean. Small but very good shower. Lots of hot water. A bit of a walk to downtown Bellagio. Excellent breakfast eggs, bacon, bread, etc. Bring your own Tabasco. Lovely balcony. Public parking free in nearby lot. No elevator and about 17 steps steep staircase - could use a handrail.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Bellagio. The breakfast was wonderful. Beautiful rooms and the hotel.really is very charming. We would stay again and highly recommend for travelors coming to the Lake Como area!

Such a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel in Bellagio. We were warmly welcomed by the attentive owner and made to feel at home. Our room was so lovely with such a nice feel to it. Bellagio is roughly a 10 minute walk so it’s a great location as well. We slept so well in the super comfy bed. Breakfast was also wonderful. We only had 1 night there but we will be returning!

We had a wonderful time. Yasmin took great care of every detail, and we felt very pampered. The breakfasts were excellent. She guided us through our various train and ferry tickets and gave great advice. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel!

Beautiful views, GREAT customer service!
This was a highlight if our 2 weeks in Europe. The staff were so welcoming!! On arrival, she went through multiple recommendations on where we can go, eat, and travel within Bellagio and nearby. All 3 recommended restaurants were spot on! The pool was clean and they did poolside service of drinks and snacks. Rooms were well appointed. The staff also told us about a train strike happening and had already called the train service to check for us on how train schedule. The breakfasts were delicious and more than we could plausibly eat. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

It was wonderful. The location, views, landscaping were all amazing. The breakfast was a surprise and outstanding. We highly recommend this charming place. The sisters who own and run the boutique hotel were the best!

Best of Bellagio boutiques
Yasmine and her sister both provide the ultimate experience in hospitality at this quaint boutique hotel. It has been totally updated and the grounds are small but immaculate. Their pool is great, too. If you’re looking for a fast paced, over-stuffed boutique hotel, this isn’t it. If you want to feel like you should write them a thank you note for staying with them, this is your place. It was beyond a great experience. Yasmine, your eggs were the best I had in Italy… and I ate at 3 different Massimo Botturra restaurants ❤️… It was a pleasure! Thank you for the wonderful stay. Tory and Parker Champion

The best boutique hotel with amazing hosts
The boutique was amazing and quaint and one of the nicest places I have ever stayed…and will stay again! The hosts are super friendly, helpful and go out of their way to pamper you. The rooms are perfectly clean and breakfast was cooked to order and beyond nice. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and the spa services offered was great as we used both and well worth it. The family that owns the hotel and all staff have went beyond our expectations and we will always appreciate their hospitality. I would stay here every time I visit Bellagio. Perfect location!!! Easy walk to town. I will miss the amazing smells of the flowers walking to town. Thanks Yasmin and your team for exceeding all our expectations. You all do such a superb job!

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Close to main town. Restaurant across the street since we were too tired to walk the 15 minutes into town. Easy to park.

Our stay wa very nice. The sisters who run the property are so nice and so helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was a feast and so good! Parking is a little difficult as you come into the property through a main parking lot, but they sort it all out and make sure you get a spot to park. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again!
