Beautiful End Unit Condo with Pool - Minutes to Golf and Bellaire!

Welcome to Mountainview Townhouse! Come eat, play, and relax in all four seasons in one of Michigan’s most beautiful resort areas. Mountainview is an end-unit condo and was recently renovated. It is nestled in the woodsy, secluded Sudendorf community within the Shanty Creek / Schuss Mountain Resort area. This gorgeous townhouse rests at the base of Schuss and offers a one-of-a-kind view of the mountain year-round with fall colors and ski-resort activity to entertain and delight.

With an open living room connecting to the stylish kitchen and dining areas, there’s room for the whole family to connect. The main living area boasts leather couches, a 40” Smart LED TV with cable, a cool retro fireplace and GREAT views of the woods, mountain and golf course. Also on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with new queen bed, smart LED TV and laundry facilities. There’s a full bathroom across the hall with a stall shower. Wifi is available throughout the condo.

Upstairs, prepare to have the kids be amazed at the loft/gameroom – with it’s built in old-school gaming system, large LED smart tv and a ladder to the secluded loft with two twin beds. In this room, there’s also a convertible futon / bunk bed that sleeps 3. Across the hall you’ll find another full bath with a custom tiled tub/shower combo. There’s another large bedroom upstairs as well, with a new queen bed, and great views of the woods. As with most of the properties in the Schuss community, most rooms have their own heaters that can be set to keep everything nice and comfortable for everybody.

From the parking lot, there are 5-6 spaced out steps to the front of the condo, then two steps up to the porch. (Boats and trailers are not allowed in the complex parking lot, but there is trailer parking only a couple of minutes away near the main entrance to Shanty Creek)

There’s tons to do in the area. There's a beautiful outdoor pool right across the parking lot dedicated only to our condo community. This pool is only open in the summer months. You'll also have access to Shanty Creek's pools: an outdoor pool and indoor pool/hot tub at the Lakeview Hotel (about a 7 minute drive), and indoor pool at Schuss Village (about a 2 minute drive). All pools are accessible by key card. (Hours can vary, for specific questions on pool hours contact the Shanty Creek office or website).

As for skiing, the lifts at Schuss Mountain are a 2 minute drive or quick hike away. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a cold beer and warm atmosphere at Ivan’s slope side lounge.

In the warmer weather, enjoy 6 world-class golf courses within minutes of Mountainview.

Go for a leisurely stroll on the paved walking trail right out the back door - it meanders through the woods and leads right to the top of Schuss Mountain (an outstanding workout!) The townhouse is located in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood full of paved, gently rolling streets and paths and is great for bike riding.  There are many mountain biking trails around the area as well - the beautiful Glacial Hills bike trail system is only 10 minutes away.

Downtown Bellaire is only a 10 minute drive where you can sample the beers at the famous Short’s Brewery. In addition, there’s fine dining at the River Bistro at Cedar River Village and the Lakeview at Summit mountain overlooking Lake Bellaire. There are many other restaurants, taverns, distilleries and bars to choose from.
