The cottage is situated in a small hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Belle Isle en Terre. The village of Belle Isle en Terre is in the county of Cotes d’Armor. It is just off the main tourist routes and is well known locally for its picturesque setting, Wonderful Chateau, beautiful church and River. The village has many shops for your everyday needs; they include a well stocked supermarket, boulangerie, chemist and tabac. Also available – two bars, a hotel, creperie, bank, post office, take-away and tourism office. There are lively local markets in adjoining villages and towns and of course large hypermarkets a short drive away in Guingamp, Lannion and Morlaix.

Rose Cottage sleeps 2 – 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, is spacious, light and airy and has the usual wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, hairdryer etc. Bedroom 2 is spacious, has 2 x single beds. The room is light and airy and has the usual bedroom furniture.
The cottage boasts a well equipped kitchen/diner, a comfortable living room with seating for 6 people,has a flat screen TV, DVD Player with DVD's for that rainy day. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.Large mirror and storage for toiletries etc.
The cottage is central to all amenities. Only 40 minutes from Roscoff ferry port and approx 1.5 hours from St Malo ferry port. The nearest airports are Brest and Dinard and St Brieuc, which are approx. 50 miles away. The cottage is ideally situated for fishing, walking, cycling, golfing, beaches, shopping, exploring or just relax and savour some local fare.
