Friendly staff and large room with lots of amenities.

Overall good stay. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There’s a minimal amount of “routine maintenance “ that could be done in regards to appearance of the hotel (bathroom tiles cracked, cracks in drywall spackle ect) but was better then most places I’ve stayed!

Bugs everywhere, bed bugs, the shower was not clean, the room did not feel clean at all. Would not stay here again.

Got to the area after traveling five hours about an hour before check in. They would not let us check in.
Bathroom was not clean and had no soap.
The guy at night when we finally checked in was very nice.

Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI have stayed at Candlewood in Belle Vernon several times. I do feel safe and secure staying there. My only complaint is the light in the bathroom, overhead and above the mirror were so dim it was impossible to shave,(husband) and do makeup and hair. Either better bulbs or clear fixtures are needed there.
