Such a beautiful hotel. When we stayed there was a massive snow storm and it was a little difficult to get to the cars but other than that it was a wonderful experience. We will return in the summer for a more tourist vacation.

Our room was filthy. Pillows are square couch cushions. The tv turned off when you used the lamp. The door to the bathroom doesn’t close all the way.

There was hair in the shower and a used cloth in my room. There was also hair on the floor in the room. The people on my floor were yelling throughout the morning and people were slamming doors in the hallway at night. If you expecting a quite stay, it's not that kind of place. The hotel itself is dated and could use a renovation, the doors don't fully close unless you push on them(bathroom door). The air ventilation in the room was also quite noisy so I ended up turning it all the way down so that it would stay off. Overall probably wouldn't stay here on the regular as I travel alot. It's a place to sleep that's about it. Bed was comfy and so were the pillows. Bed was clean. Breakfast was lacking but that's not really a concern.

Service was passable. Person at the desk handled my credit card too much - made me nervous. Facilities and rooms are dated. My daughter felt that it smelled like smoke in the rooms. I felt like there may have been smoking in the rooms long ago.

Bathtub had a huge chunk of the coating missing. Sink had many small chips. Hairdryer bag was there but no hair dryer. TV was not hooked up to the cable. We had to move the TV so it would reach the cable. To get from the parking to the front entrance you have to walk up a steep ramp. With all the snow it was very slippery and there was basically no pedestrian area.

Nice location next to the US Bridge and water. Only thing was the very basic included breakfast. 2 types of eggs and bagels/toast... wrapped muffin. But I would recommend for business traveler
