The property was not kept in a new condition, the back stairs had not been vacuumed in at least a couple of weeks, the single washer and dryer were interesting to wait for. The washer sounded like a jet taking off. The breakfast was ok, I'm diabetic so the only thing I could eat was eggs and sausage, fruit.

The room was dirty, walls and floor dirty and stained, couch VERY stained, carpet stained with food stuck to it, hairs in shower stall, mold in bathroom, razor blade in the room, vent full of dirt. The upgrades in the bedroom area were nice but the overall room was so dirty it just did not compensate.

There were roaches in the hallway and when we walked into the room were on the bed. It freeaked out my god kids whi didn't crwa crw

Bed bugs. That's about all you need to know. We arrived at almost 11pm and thought it was off two other sets of guests were leaving and look disgruntled.
As soon as we started to settle in to our rooms, we saw a bug. Closer looks found some tiny nymphs and telltale signs around the edge of the mattresses in both of our rooms. The front desk person gave a not very surprised "oh no" and told us she'd get the morning manager to refund us.
We quickly ran away and found a different hotel. Washed everything in hot and hoping we didn't take anything away with us...

Hair on the bed sheets and towels. The room, bed sheets, and towels have a very bad smell. Red spots on the bed sheet.

If I could give a negative score, that’s what this motel earned. From the dirty room to the flooded shower in the shower, accosted by another guest at the hotel and then when we complained to the front desk, they told us if we didn’t like the service that we should leave and then when we. And then when we talk to the front desk worker , he said he didn’t us . Then proceeded to follow us out to our car and harass us because he didn’t like that we were complaining about the room. What a disgrace.

The room was average, relatively old, no soap or body wash, no bottle drinking water. The hot breakfast was good as expected.
