Stay away from this place! The motel is run down and filthy. Carpets are filthy and smell. Doors are banged up. Breakfast was terrible and non existent!
To top matters off, I was charged $65 for a coffee stain on the sheets which can be washed easily during laundering. Nobody advised me of this, they just had the audacity to charge my card, which I am now disputing!
The worst place I ever stayed at!

Nice and clean - but this was the third Days Inn we’ve stayed at and they should just remove their complimentary “breakfast” as it is just bread, this one did not even have OJ.

The first thing we saw when we arrived was that the pool was full of dirty green water! A sign said it closed, well okay then drain it! There was even a still-inflated tube floating in it!
The room itself was okay, but everything looked rundown, some things were broken, and the carpet was gross. The a/c looked new, but we didn’t need it.
There was zero breakfast at 8:30 am, even though it was supposed to be included, and there was an area that looked set up for breakfast, but there was no food or even coffee there.
The staff was mostly absent, though nice enough when we checked in, after I rang the bell and waited a minute.
Also the whole place wreaked of old cigarette smoke.

The rooms were very clean. However they had many things that were broken or missing. For example the windows didn't have screens, the curtains were not on the hooks, the toilet wasn't properly anchored to the base, there were many places that the paint was peeling. They just need a good maintenance person. I will mention that we had booked a room with a queen for 2 nights. When we arrived to check in the manager (I think) was nice and gave us a key to a room. When we entered the smell was terrible and the room was filled with wet, sticky moisture from a continually running hot water faucet in the shower. We returned to the desk to ask about getting another room and were told there were none. He made no apologies and basically said that was the room that we had booked. After it was clear that we were about to leave to stay someplace else, the manager admitted there was another room that had a king. He wanted us to pay the additional $10 a night for the upgrade, but eventually relented and keep the pre booked room price the same. Lastly, the pool looked gangrenous, but fortunately was closed so no one got an infection swimming in it. Perhaps the water should be drained? I think Days Inn supervisors should do a site survey because we would never stay there again.

This is the cheapest place in Bellingham for a reason. It’s sketchy. But it was quiet and was good to sleep and take a shower.
