Proche du centre commercial Bellis Fair mall et du super marché Fred Meyer. Petit déjeuner et ménage basique. Personnel accueillant et souriant. On recommande

We booked this as a family trip for a soccer tournament so we were with our team and a bunch of kids. The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly. Nice rooms and overall accommodations, but pool was cold. The one sticking point is that there are some longer term guests who made me feel uncomfortable. There seem to be some people in transition who are at the hotel and there are some people who seem to be in a difficult situation. If I needed a quick one night stay by the airport and it was just me w/out kids, it's a fine place. But I don't think I'd be quick to book it again for a family stay.

Wow. I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels, but this one was the best. The breakfast was next level. Thank you for an incredible stay!

We stay at Home2Suites all over the country, and expected the same quality stay at this location. Everything went downhill after check in. Room was dirty, shower curtain was stained and reaked of mildew, towels were thin and worn, mattress was caved in and bedding was scratchy. Walls were thin and we had noisy neighbors next door and above. No vent or fan in the bathroom and the AC units kept shutting off. Several times we returned to our room being hot. There are very few channels available on the TV, and some are "rating locked" when certain shows come on. I messaged the front desk the first evening and was asked if we wanted a new room. After i went through the trouble of cleaning ours myself, i declined. The front desk asked what our other issues were and i sent multiple messages back, only to be ignored. We would have checked out early, but the room type we needed wasnt available anywhere else at the last minute. We spent a small fortune on 3 nights here and it makes me sick to my stomach to think about how much we felt like that money was wasted. There was also people squatting in the parking lot in their vehicles with lighters going off all night, so we felt like we had to keep checking on our truck periodically. After bringing up issues again upon check out, we were later offered a consolation of a few thousand hilton reward points. We will never stay here again and recommend you dont either. This place is a joke.
