Some confusion around the validity of the "kosher" status. Staff was very friendly, but food could have been a bit fresher/more fully cooked.

The hotel was clean, had nice sized rooms and was reasonably priced. In an area where places closed early, the hotel bar and food were very welcome. Would definitely stay there again when I visit Belmonte

Posted Jun. 7, 2023 on HotelsWe are frequent travellers and understand qualities a 4 star hotel offers. We were so disappointed that we would rate this as 1 star. No hat water. Staff did not resolve the situation during our stay. Most uncomfortable bed (springs poking through mattress). Sewer smell in bathroom, we reported this but staff were not concerned, No management to communicate with, Extremely unpleasant stay.

The room (suite) was spacious but not set up very well (couch but no coffee table, not great lighting). Expecting a view from the window of the room (like in the picture) but we were looking out over the city. Quiet place.
