The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

O hotel fala que disponibiliza roupa de cama. Pedimos cobertor e eles disseram que haviam acabado e que podia dar mais 1 lençol pra gente. Achei um descaso com os hóspedes. Quartos estão precisando de uma boa limpeza. Cheiro ruim.

Pessimo! Melhor ficar em hostel
Esse hotel deveria ter vergonha de fornecer um cafe da manha tao ruim! Uma cidade mineira nao tem pao de queijo no cafe. Pao extremamente duro, nolo cru. Horrivel! Nao tem serviço de quarto, nao tem absolutamente nada nesse hotel. Nao deixam cobertas nos armarios, tem que descer e pedir.

Mal limpo, toalhas e lençóis de cama sujos
Passei 4 dias nesse hotel e achei horrível, um dis piores hotéis que já me hospedei. Assim que cheguei fui pedi um cobertor, pois no quarto não tem e a recepcionista me informou que só entregavam após as 18 hrs e eu teria que ser rápida para ir buscar, porque poderia ficar sem, já que teria poucos, achei um absurdo isso. No dia seguinte fui tomar café, bem pouca variedade, e tudo o que acaba não é reposto, o leite acaba o tempo todo, as vezes está frio. Em Minas, terra do pão de queijo, só consegui comer pão de queijo nesse lugar no meu último dia, o cardápio não muda, todos os dias é o mesmo, pudim tem que ir cedo para comer e o pão de queijo é sorte. Banheiro mal limpo, toalhas parecem usadas, dá nojo, sorte que levei a minha. E a funcionária da limpeza mal educada. O único ponto positivo é a localização. Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém.

Gostamos bastante.
Devido a alguns comentários aqui, fomos com bastante medo, de ser algo muito ruim, mas, pelo contrário, o café da manhã é um café simples mas gostoso( eles repõem as coisas sim), o pessoal da recepção são simpáticos, não tive nenhum problema com o quarto, pelo preço a estadia está ótima.. a única coisa que é ruim é a acústica do hotel, mas, nada que atrapalhe muito.

Espera mais.
Espera mais pelo anúncio e pelo renome. Decepcionou. Frigobar estragado, arrumação do quarto só se pedir, faltou água quente (mas aí pode ter sido pelo mal tempo), faltou café na recepção, Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, basicamente 3 tipos de pães, bolo, café e suco. Duas opções de fruta. E para os que não prestam atenção no anúncio, o estacionamento é pago a parte, e bem apertado para carros sedan.
