Murder Scene or Druggie Flop Hotel

The room had blood on the walls and curtains. Everything was extremely dirty, the beds smelled of body odor. The door lock was barely hanging on. If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER stay at a Baymont property again!!!

There are hand written notes pasted on most of the doors--quite unappealing. The woman who checked us in was not very interested in that duty at all. She is probably doing too many jobs but based on that we won't be using Baymont ever again.

Raymond was wonderful. We weren't aware that the hotel didnt have an elevator. He was able to help us get into a room on the first floor.

Horrible manager

It was ok until I booked my room for another day and she saying she doesn’t have my reservation and is calling the police. She won’t talk to me she won’t look at the reservation, told me I could show the police when they get here. She was very rude especially for this being my second day. So spending about two hundred . She wouldn’t even look at the reservation that is horrible. And apparently this is the manager named Wanda . Even worse it is the manager acting like this. Not very polite and not business like at all

Not good stay

4 day stay. 2nd day asked if we needed anything from housekeeping. Said towels and coffee packets. Got exactly that. Had to run the wet towels out to her. Breakfast was not very good. Seemed to only put the mimimum out and would add if asked only. Room was very damp and smelled so strong with cleaning supplies. Last two days, no housekeeping at all.
