Belton Lake House
The property is HUGE! My family and I stayed here in July 2024. This was our first family trip in 2 years and we had 4 generations of family with us. We even had room for the nieces and nephews fiancé’s. House definite can sleep 18 more if you want to use the floors. The pool was recently redone, and was freshly painted. Others have mentioned the kitchen being too small but we were able to cook for 16 just fine. Back deck is cool, and we utilized the chairs and floaties in the deck box. The Texas summer notes were too hot to use the hot tube, so we stayed poolside all nite. The kids were screaming into the nite, and no neighbors around to complain. We did have a shortage of towel at first, and my elderly mom pulled a door handle off the master bathroom door. But the next day Rachel had her maintenance tech on site to reattach, and provide us with more than enough towels. All in all we had a great family trip, first one in 2 years.

Hidden Gem
We loved our stay for the long weekend on Lake Belton. The property team was amazing at getting us a new house after there were issues with the pool at our original house. The lake is nearly empty and we had it ourselves most of the day Sunday on our rental. We stayed at the “Villa in Belton” and it was a great fit. There are some small things that need to be fixed, but we already let the management know about them. Thank you for all the help!

Incredible property and host
The house is magnificent inside and out. We enjoyed the view of Belton lake both early mornings with coffee and late nights in the Hot Tub. The master bathroom is a beautiful piece of artwork in itself- with the two person stand up shower AND the two person tub. The entire house was laid out very comfortably and a superhost quality with spices and coffee available. I hope it will be available when I want to re-rent this house for a family reunion. Rachel stays in contact with her guests and is ready to help with anything. Can’t say enough great things about this place - AND 10 acres to roam…….

Beautiful Property
Here is all the good stuff first, and then just a few snafus that were more annoying and certainly not a deal breaker. This property was beautiful, clean, stocked, and had everything from pool, hot tub, firepit, game room, and nature trails down to Lake Belton. There was something to do for everyone! There were even several deer in the back yard upon our sunset arrival, almost like they showed up on cue! A Christmas tree was set up and lit with a few other holiday decorations scattered through the home; I was worried about not having any holiday decor, and was so glad for this little detail. The kitchen had a nice selection of coffee pods and single serving chips ready for our arrival. I was able to easily whip up a Christmas dinner in this well appointed kitchen that boasts a convection oven and stove top. Just a few things that were more annoying than a deal breaker - both the check in code and the wi-fi password that were previously emailed to me 3 days before arrival, were not correct. This was just a minor annoyance, and quickly rectified with a phone call.There was also no large coffee pot; none that we could find anyway. We did use the French press coffee maker provided, also a Keurig single cup maker was available as well. Not a big deal, unless your serving Christmas dinner and need coffee for the masses. The garbage disposal also did not work, but otherwise, my family and I had a memorable Christmas holiday in this gorgeous custom home, and I would rent it again.

Amazing property!!
Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was beautiful and had plenty of space. Our teens loved exploring the acreage and lake. The pool and gameroom was a huge hit!

Nice but needs some work
I vacationed here with my family of 12. It was a nice location. The booking process and getting into the home was easy enough. Once we arrived the house was not clean. The fridge does not make ice, the guest bedrooms are not queens they are fulls. The hike to the lake is a steep one and takes roughly 20 minutes and you’ll need to be wearing shoes. It’s a beautiful lake picturesque and if you walk around the shore you’ll see a waterfall against some rocks it’s really quite beautiful. Our issue was with the home and it’s amenities. The dishwasher was broken, no one wants to hand wash dishes on their vacation. The ice maker does not work in the fridge. There really are only three TVs in the home. The pool plaster is coming up so it kinda slices your feet on the bottom. When I told the property manger and the host I was only met with a ‘sorry for the inconvenience thanks for staying with us’. The house is not stocked with enough cutlery and glasses for everyone to just have a cup or a fork. In the end, we had a great time, we managed with the sparse kitchenware, but what we could not get over was the broken dishwasher and the cleanliness of the home after paying a $500 cleaning fee. All in all the kids and adults had a great time.

This home is amazing. Tons of open and cozy space for everyone to feel comfortable. Lots of blankets and nook seating for intimate moments and group seating for family games and connecting. We held my grandmas 88th birthday and had family come from across the states. No one had a moment of disappointment. We enjoy our stay!

Girls weekend
It was the perfect place for a girls getaway. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time outside. We shopped in Salado which wasn’t too far and had some great stores. The only drawback was the house only has 2 showers and it was inconvenient to rotate 14 ladies through. Other than that, it really was the perfect place for fun and relaxation.

This was an absolutely wonderful house to stay at! The ease of check-in/check-out, communication with the owner, and the size of the house was perfect for our girl cousins' weekend, ages 17-70!! Loved that everyone had a bed and plenty of bathrooms!

Great place for family gathering!
We had a great time at this property. There is plenty to do at the property that you don’t really even have to leave for entertainment. The pool and hot tub are great. The hike down to the beach area and waterfall was our favorite. There are a ton of fossils down there! The view is absolutely beautiful! There is plenty of room for large groups. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Overall we had a great stay and made many new memories with family. Would stay again!

Vacation Paradise
My family decided to have our family reunion in Texas this year and we are so happy we found this property. Location is amazing with wonderful views of the lake and the surrounding area. The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 12. Everything inside the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and hot tub in the backyard was a plus and allowed us to have many hours of fun. There is a nice trail that starts from the side of the house that leads to the lake, I would say about a 10min walk, not bad at all. The owner was quick to respond to all our needs and questions, she is wonderful. We had such a great time during our stay and would definitely recommend this house to all.

Large House with Great Pool!
Our large family enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable & the outside was great! We spent a lot of time at the pool. There was an issue with the pump the first day but was quickly resolved. The view was awesome & we enjoyed watching fireworks across the lake. My only negative is the kitchen was a little understocked for a house in this price range. But, we made do & had a great stay!

Georgeous Texas estate with pool and a lake
Wonderful house with lots of room for adults and 9 kids. Down to the lake was a 10 minute hike. The beach was almost private with a pleasantly cool waterfall just a short walk away. Ceiling fans and a/c were more than adequate even in 100+ degree weather. View from the house and the back yard was breath taking. I can recommend this to everyone.

Great Lake House Retreat
Enjoyed this nice house and surrounding property for five full days/nights. Accommodations supported four couples, two young children, two teenagers, and one baby (13). The kids all slept in the game room upstairs and adults+baby all had their private rooms on the same (ground) level. The few issues/requests we had were solved quickly. Boat ramp access is located nearby, about a 5 minute drive, and the daily use fee is $5/vehicle. Great spot for time on Lake Belton!

My Wedding
The home was amazing! The view, the amenities were all great. However there was a lock on the smart thermostat for the wing with all the guest rooms. It only ran 15 mins intervals, not providing enough time to accommodate and the home became extremely hot . With it being a wedding, We were inside and out and there was a lot going on so we did not get a chance to contact the owner. The home is worth the price and experience.
