The room smelled like stale cigarettes and perfume. It was loud and loitering on the outside. No working hot tub

The lady at the desk was not friendly at all. She was on her personal phone during the check in process. The room was disgusting. There were stains on the pillowcases and comforters on both beds. There were cup stains and smudges on the night stands. It’s as if the room wasn’t cleaned. I took pictures. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and catching on something that we couldn’t use it. They did have new flooring it looked like. I would not stay here.

The staff are friendly and kind. Receptionist and her husband the maintenance man worked very, very hard. They worked late and we're up early working. They did their job the best they can. However, I think they are understaffed here. And the ownership probably consider more help. The pool and Jacuzzi were unusable. The pool chemicals were off and cloudy Jacuzzis been broken for months. The dryer was an operable even though they were free, which was kind the receptionist offered to dry my clothes in the main dryer. The rooms bedding was clean and comfortable. However, the rooms need a deep clean, very filthy in the corners and on trimwork and walls Filthly and haven't been cleaned probably for months and months.. Found chewed gum on the light fixture left behind. The bathroom sink and toilet and tub were sparkling clean and appreciated. Kind of over priced for what you receive. I would think it be better priced at about $75 a night considering vs $150 more like a motel 6/8. But I did suffice, needing a night's rest in a jiffy. We will not be returning. Sam might not mind dirty corners walls and trim work and that works but I like to feel comfortable and cleanliness is my forte. But like I said, the staff is super nice I think they just need more staff so they can get this place cleaned up better.
