Luxury 3 bedroom Penthouse Los Arqueros, near Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benahavis


Los Arqueros is situated between the Golden Mile and the new Golden Mile near San Pedro. This is a gated urbanisation, with 24 hour security, offering spectacular views down to the coast and golf course.

The development boasts a challenging 18 hole golf course, which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and has an excellent club house. The club house (5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk) offers a restaurant and bar, with TV, wi-fi, a pro shop and children’s area with playground. Ten Pin Bowling. Additionally, for those wanting to be active, there is a gym, tennis, and paddle tennis courts, there is an additional cost. Las Jacarandas, has 2 separate swimming pools (one with a children’s pool). The pools are gated, so are extremely safe; one is situated behind our apartment, the other across the way, which is accessed using your gate key. Both offer a place to relax with shade and sun loungers, or why not stay on our roof terrace and soak in the rays?

A short 10 minute drive away, is the exclusive Puerto Banus, which offers a range of excellent cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches, beach clubs and activities. For those wanting to experience the real Spain, the beautiful white washed town of Benahavis, a 5-10 minute drive. San Pedro is also a mere 5 minutes from the property and Marbella 10-15 minutes away. Each quaint in their own right and all offering the authentic traditional Spain. Often nice to mix up your holiday with the glitz & glamour as well as authentic Spain.

ABOUT THE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT
This beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment is situated on Las Jacarandas, Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, overlooking the well maintained gardens and 7th Tee of the award winning golf course. It is the first urbanisation as you enter the Country Club from the Ronda Road. San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Benahavis and Marbella are just a short drive from this beautiful urbanisation and it is a perfect getaway for friends, families and couples alike. We offer free secure WiFi, TV accessed through an Amazon fire stick. 1000"s of channels available. Netflix and amazon TV also available. A large selection of books, board games and a Bose iPod 4 docking station.

KEY FEATURES
- One of the largest apartments on the complex with the addition of a roof terrace, as well as a lower terrace.
- Offers 3 Bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 adults.
One ensuite bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Main bathroom has a large walk in shower.
Two of the bedrooms offer king size beds and the other bedroom homes two singles. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, dressing tables.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and shower, and a small dressing area. The other 2 bedrooms share a modern shower room with a luxury hydro power shower. The double room also has the added bonus of having access to the main terrace.

- There is a large open plan living/dining room, leading onto a large terrace with comfortable outdoor seating/sofas ,new sofas for 2024 season and beautiful views of the golf course (we are front line apartment).
The living room has a new corner sofa and a 2 seater sofa, (seating for 6), a 42 inch flat smart screen TV with TV accessed through an Amazon fire stick There is also an Alexa.
The indoor dining area has the ability to seat 6 people. Images show seating for 4, but there are 2 additional chairs situated in the lounge area should you need them.
- The lounge area leads out through fully retractable doors, onto a large terrace where you will find comfortable sofas, a coffee table, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. The lower terrace offers uninterrupted views over the 7th Tee and on a clear day you are just about able to see Africa in the distance!
- The large upper terrace/solarium, which is accessed via stairs from the lower terrace, offers sun loungers, a large dining table and another sofa. In addition, there is a further marble table with seating, which is suitable for eating or playing table games in the sunshine.
Both terraces have a retractable awning/umbrella, if shade is required. There is also a gas BBQ on the upper terrace (Please note - gas may be needed for this to be used). Also, there are views over one of the pools from the solarium.

- Fully equipped Kitchen, all appliances (hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher) are Bosh. There is a Nespresso coffee machine is a new Vertuo machine.(however pods not provided, please take with you or they can be purchased from El Corte Ingles), kettle, toaster and a microwave.
- A separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer should you need it during your stay.
All white goods are newly installed with exception of the dishwasher.
- There is also an iron and ironing board.

SWIMMING POOLS
There are 2 separate pool areas on Las Jacarandas. One is accessed at ground level outside the block in which this apartment is situated, and is visable from the solarium of this property. The other, offers a larger pool with the addition of a children’s pool. This is accessed through a gate on the other side of the complex.

GETTING THERE:-

Malaga airport and Gibraltar airport are approximately equidistant from the property. Both 45-60 minutes away depending on your route. Los Arqueros is accessed just off the toll road “autopista Del sol” (AP-7) which can be used for a small fee. This road has less people on it and can also be quicker, especially during the busy months. It is also possible to take the coastal road, which follows the coastline for the majority of it from the Malaga airport; this road spans the Costa Del Sol (A-7) and will take you anywhere along the coast within this area!

Taxis are easy to order, and generally don’t take too long. The operator speaks some English, enough to order a taxi to our development if you require.

However, we really do recommended a car, so you can explore the surrounding areas of Benhavis, San Pedro, Marbella and further afield; unless you wish to just soak up the sun that is!

GOLF

Our apartment over looks the 7th Tee on Los Arqueros Golf Course.

Within a 5-10 minute drive there are many many golf courses; La Quinta being only a few minutes drive. There is also Los Naranos, Magna Marbella, Aloha, Atalaya, Real Club de Golf Guadalmina to name a few.

A little further, (15-20 minutes) you have Santa Clara, Marbella Golf, Cabopino and about 30-40 minutes away is Valderrama.

SUPERMARKETS & RESTAURANTS

Supercor is a 2 minute drive, situated on the opposite side of the Ronda Road. This is a small supermarket, offering all the essentials.

Mercadona is a 5 minute drive, situated in San Pedro. This is more appropriate for those wishing to eat in, buy more for their stay.

There are lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas; if you need help, please ask us for recommendations.

SURROUNDING AREA

During certain months, different villages hold a festival, known as a Spanish feria, they are a fantastic experience for both adults and children. They often have stalls selling local food, drinks, clothing and trinkets; and some also have entertainment, such as singers & spanish dancers.

Benahavis, known for its Gastronomy, is home to some amazing restaurants, beautiful white washed streets, cafes and quaint bars (only 10 minutes drive away - accessible if you drive to the other exit/entrance on Los Arqueros, past the club House).

Marbella - offers a beautiful walk along the front, known as the paseo. It’s possible to walk from Marbella all the way to San Pedro. Along the way, you will find many restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches, clubs and shops. Orange Square is particularly nice for an evening meal; especially during the warmer months when you can sit outside.

San Pedro, is a 5 minute drive from the property. It’s typically Spanish, where you will find many local bars, restaurants, shops and cafes.

Gibraltar, “known as the rock” is a 45 minute drive from the property. If you wish to explore the history behind some UK territory, there are many tours to choose from; dolphin watching boat trips, exploring the World War II tunnels, Gorham’s & St Michael’s cave, visit the macaques (monkeys) on top of the rock (the original inhabitants of Gibraltar!), ride the cablecar, bird watching & many more.

Ronda is also a lovely historical mountaintop village, offering jaw dropping views from a stone bridge spanning the gorge. It is famous worldwide for its dramatic escarpments and views.

Malaga itself is well worth a visit. Loaded with history and brimming with things to do, it’s a spectacular place to explore. With art galleries, a port, shops and food, as well as a Roman amphitheatre, a Moorish fortress and a Pompidou centre, it’s clear you’ll never be bored!

Seville, Granada and Córdoba, are all easily reached from the apartment within a couple of hours.

The province of Andalusia really does have it all; sun, sea, sand, food, drink, beauty and history!

Outstanding property rental!
This is most definitely a 5 star rental. The owners communication was impeccable and they were so accommodating. The property was beautifully furnished with everything you needed and more. The grounds were immaculate and pools never busy and location fantastic. The lift from the car park direct to the apartment was perfect for us with our elderly parent. Highly recommended. We had an amazing stay at the apartment . Very clean and felt like home from home . Owners were very helpful with all questions before we left for our holiday and were accommodating after our flight times were changed due to us having our elderly parents with us . Would definitely recommend and will be back again next year all being well . We have stayed in Las Jacarandas before so knew our bearings and where to go etc. We enjoy the All in One Cafe just down the road and had trips to Peurto Banus and Marbella as well as San Pendro market . We have just returned from a 10 day stay in this fabulous apartment. The apartment has everything you could want for inside, a lovely balcony and a fabulous upstairs terrace that we made very good use of. Tolle Wohnung!!!
Ich war mit meinen Freunden in dieser super sauberen und großen Wohnung. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Sehr schön war, dass meine Freunde einen eigenen Bereich hatten. Schlafzimmer, Bad und Anziehbereich. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, wo ich den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Die obere Terrasse haben Sonnenliegen und einen Bereich zum Essen und chillen. Den Grill haben wir nicht benutzt. Der Pool ist sauber und Sonnenliegen waren immer zu bekommen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten wirklich relaxen. In der Gegend gibt es Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe sehr oft Uber benutzt und bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Familie Slater sind tolle Vermieter und jederzeit erreichbar, für uns gewesen. Ich kann die Wohnung, wirklich sehr empfehlen und wir würden wiederkommen.Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and very well equipped.
We had a lovely holiday staying at this apartment. There were two couples and it’s was spacious, had everything we needed and the outside space and views were amazing, shame it wasn’t warm enough for us to use the upstairs terrace but we did use the lower balcony everyday. I would recommend this apartment and would book it again if we decided to go back, which we probably will in the future.

This is a beautiful, fully equipped apartment. You could not wish for more. A very relaxing and tranquil place to stay and recharge your batteries. Only 10 minutes away from Marbella. You must have a car to stay here as it is on a gated secure complex, not near any food shopping places. Can't wait to return.

Penthouse Los Arqueros
The apartment is located in the Los Jacarandas urbanisation of Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. The property was clean , spacious and well looked after. Nearby are 2 swimming pools which are safe and well kept. Communication with the owner was excellent with any concerns being sorted out very quickly. Hope to being returning in 2020.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location
This is an absolutely wonderful apartment on a fantastic golf complex just a few miles away from Puerto Banus/Marbella. The apartment is spacious & clean with everything you need for a truly relaxing stay. The main balcony is the perfect spot to relax & enjoy the wonderful view whilst the roof terrace is spacious with loads of seating to chill out in the sunshine. The aircon worked brilliantly, keeping the whole apartment cool & it was great to have a designated underground car parking space. From the moment we booked, communication with the owners has been excellent. Any queries were answered promptly & we were sent detailed instructions plus lots of recommendations for local restaurants. The owners were more than willing to accommodate an early check-in & also a late check-out for us at no extra cost, plus they recommended a local car hire company who met us in the terminal at Malaga airport & were extremely reasonable. The complex is quiet and very well-maintained with beautiful gardens and the pool (which you can see from the roof terrace) was fantastic. Always plenty of sun loungers & shades, water was crystal clear and there is even a lifeguard on duty for most of the day (we were here for 2 weeks in August). You do need a car to stay here but it is only a few minutes from San Pedro and the main roads to take you to Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona. Nearby Benahavis is a gorgeous little village known for it’s restaurants plus there is a fantastic spot for swimming in a river & rock jumping if you are a bit more adventurous! There is so much to do nearby - the beach/promenade at San Pedro is lovely & a visit to Ronda took us about 50 minutes by car. If you want to be a bit more active we played Footgolf in Estepona plus just outside Marbella they have their own version of “Go Ape” - great way to spend a few hours in the trees! As a family we always prefer to stay in apartments rather than hotels & this is the best one we have ever stayed in - cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic apartment in a great location
This is our third visit to Los Aqueros and this is the best apartment so far. Very clean and spacious with a huge roof terrace, with fantastic views. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. Very comfortable apartment, super comfy beds. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you would need. More of a home than just a holiday apartment. WiFi excellent and very fast. Private underground car park excellent feature and lifts from car park to apartment much appreciated. Very close to San Pedro, 10 minutes in the car, and a lovely Spanish Town. Owners a delight to deal with excellent communication, 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend or rebook.

Fabulous Return Visit
I booked this apartment for my husband, son and friend. He and my son stayed here last year and couldn't wait to return again, they wouldn't dream of booking any other accommodation in what hopefully will be an annual golf trip. Once again it didn't dissapoint and their guest was well impressed, apparently he particularly loved snoozing on the balcony, far too comfortable 🤣 They love the location, standard of furnishings and cleanliness and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you once again x

Immaculate well equipped property
We had a very pleasant 2 week stay at the property, the property was well stocked with everything you would need and more, it truly was home from home.Anything we could have wished for was there even down to things like the beach towels and UK power adapters and when we went down to the beach buckets spades and toys for the kids to play with were there to use. Location wise was fantastic located around a 5-10 minute drive from Marbella and San Pedro both of which have beautiful beaches and restaurants. The resort is just outside the hustle and bustle enough to peaceful but in close proximity if you want to pop into town. Overall a pleasant stay with lots to see and do, beautiful apartment with everything you could need, the owners are very considerate and communication is great.
