Very good stay. Some attention needs to be given to the things like the quantity of crockery and cutlery. One tube of bath wash is not enough for two adults

The owner charged a $30 fee (in addition to the original amount ($135) paid to Wotif) for a second guest to stay in the second bed. At the time it was a strange request and didn’t to seem correct, but to avoid conflict I paid the owner cash. After paying the owner I double checked the Wotif booking which was: 2 adults, Twin room, two twin beds. We were provided one single bed, one double bed. We checked out before reception opened, so I could not take up the over charge with the owner in person, however I did message the hotel via their website to address the issue….no response. Feeling ripped off on principle.

Hi Glenn,Yes you are right mate ! I just checked your booking again and it shows you booked a twin room for two adults. I don't know how you got that price online looks way cheaper to us. Sorry for misunderstanding ! We are happy to resolve this matter by refunding your extra you paid mate. Thanks for staying us again

No hot water. A very poor experience

Well First of all Sorry for your bad experience !Why couldn't you come to the reception to ask for a help with hot water if there was an issue with it.All of our rooms are fully booked most of the time and none of ours guests had any issue with the hot water before.We will try our best to fix this issue asap if there is any !

Glider City Motel was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and we were very happy with our accommodation.

Very good room, spacious, nice bathroom. Staff able to give us good suggestions for dinner. Room nice and clean and well equipped.
