Quiet, exclusive 3 bedroom villa in a safe gated community. With a stunning roof terrace, great family entertaining area with barbeque, seating area and sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and leads onto outdoor terrace with a very large table to gather all your friends and family. Perfect for breakfast with an amazing sea view. There is a comfortable indoor lounge with air conditioning with tv featuring1 netflix to chill or Spotify to get the party started. Nearby is the beautiful traditional Spanish village of Benalmadena pueblo with it's quaint streets, pretty bars, restaurants and shops. The south facing aspect of the villa ensures day long sunshine across the large communal pool only a few steps from the house, sunbathing terraces and private garden, also lots of nice shady spots to relax. Five minutes drive to the beach and fabulous marina offering excellet nightlife. Very near to golf course, supermarket and public transport links.

Super vue et belle copropriété
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avec un bel emplacement proche de la piscine, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Climatisation au top pour la nuit. La maison a des literies à changer, le confort du sommeil est important. Un parasol aurait été appréciable pour le soleil déjà chaud du petit déjeuner. Pour le reste rien à redire, très bon séjour. Superbe villa, bien spacieuse, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La terasse sur le toit est top, tout fonctionnait bien , les climatisation, les douches etc. Très bon emplacement. Nous sommes sumer content de notre séjour, et nous recommencerons dans cette villa dans le futur !

Todo fue bien, lugar inmejorable, vista increible y cerca de todo. Pasamos unas super vacaciones aunque en la casa hace falta una renovacion del equipamiento electronico de la casa, aires acondicionados, electrodomesticos en la cocina y no habian suficientes toallas y ropa de cama y coverturas.

Fantastic Week
We stayed from 15 to 22 July in the villa, and had a great time. The villa was spacious & easily accommodated 6 of us, both sleeping wise, and for group breakfasts & lunches, but also if you wanted some privacy the upstairs veranda or downstairs area were available. Likewise, the communal pool was very close, about 20-30 yards away, and was never too busy. We often had it to ourselves. I would happily return, and thoroughly recommend this villa.

Amazing views and location
20-25 mins from Malaga airport. Easy access with instructions from the owner. Whenever I would text the owner they would always reply straight away. The Villa is amazing with perfect location to the pool and stunning views. Everything that u would need for your stay. I would probably reccomend a car but we did use Ubers all week. 20min walk a little up hill at times to the nearest supermarket and we would get a cab back. Also a 20-30min walk to the old town which was beautiful. A drive to the beach as it is about an hour or so walk. Would recommend the beach nearer the marina as I felt was better. All in all a great week had by all. Thank you Joyce.

Great villa,great location...fabulous stay with family last 2 weeks. !! Villa has everything you need to make your stay fantastic..The views from rooftop are stunning,plenty of shade if needed The full family loved the pool which was very clean. The 15 minute walk up the hill to the village is well worth it due to a beautiful spanish village awaits you. Cant describe in words the splendour of the square. Everything needed for a perfect vacation
We absolutely loved the property! The views on all three levels were perfect. Words cannot describe the view from the roof! The kitchen was fully stocked with tools needed to prepare any meal. The parking near the gate was covered and gave us a small stroll through the walkway to the house. The saltwater pool was so convenient and just outside the front door. Great for a quick swim or a day at the pool. Much larger than the picture shows. The direction to the property were turn by turn and we had no trouble finding it. It did take us a few days to remember the drive. At the top of the hill was the best chicken place that we went to more than once during our stay. The summers are warm but the AC offered a beautiful nights sleep to be ready for the next day. You will need a car. We took a day trip to Gibraltar, jet skiing at the local beach, exploring Neija caves and their beautiful beach, shopping at the local marina. All the food we chose was lovely. We don’t want to leave but must go work for the next trip. Thanks for a beautiful introduction to southern Spain!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well-equipped and with a lot of room. Everything was arranged for our kids, including baby bed, chair etc. The terraces are fabulous and give a great sea view. When there is an issue, the owner and the property manager provide great service and will do everything to help you, both online and in real life. Very professional! The garden is great and spacious. The pool is 15 steps from the front door.The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. We recommended this place to friends and family!

Trevligt boende med fin pool
Vi var 2 familjer med vuxna barn som bodde i huset. Huset hade 3 sovrum och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Husvärden har vi haft mail kontakt både före och under vistelsen och det funkade jätte bra, dock när vi checkade in så var huset inte rent och städat, vi framförde detta till kontaktpersonen och fick veta att sista städningen varit 1 månad före vår vistelse och tydligen värden hade ej informerat städfirman att det behövs ny städning. Dag 2 kom några städpersonal och städade hela huset. Så det löste sig men det var ingen trevlig syn när man kom in första dagen och såg dammiga ytor överallt och kunde inte ens sitta på sofforna. Vi fick tvätta själva alla överdrag på sofforna i tvättmaskinen för att kunna sitta på sofforna. Huset hade all bekvämlighet och både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin , och även olika kryddor i köket så man slapp köpa om man skulle vilja laga mat . Det bästa av allt var poolen , mycket lugn och fin poolområde men tyvärr inga solstolar. Läget på huset var mkt högt upp och det var ca 15-20 min med bil till stranden i Benalmadena, några små restauranger i närheten till huset men pga mycket branta uppförsbackar måste man ha bil , går inte utan. Närmaste lite större mataffär var Lidl som var 7 minuter bort med bil. Mycket fin utsikt från balkongen . Benalmadena är en fin liten stad med fin strand promenad och fint klarvatten för bada. På kvällar mycket liv och många restauranger att välja, även trevlig hamn område. Vill även tacka Sue för att vi kunde få tillbaks vår glömda bok och glasögon .

This is a well equipped property, with amazing sea and mountain views, On the down side, as a person with limited mobility issues I wish I had looked into the actual Layout of the property, if I used a wheelchair, there are out door ramps, unfortunately,I don't, so that meant long walks to get to the car/taxi. Which I found very difficult, We thought we would be able to use the garage for our car, but the owner's car is actually parked in the there, Although Sue very kindly came out and unlocked the garage door so at least I could walk through the garage to the car, As I said there are ramps outside the house, but even with a wheelchair, I wouldn't have been able to access the upstairs sun terrace or the downstairs bedroom/terrace. I only mention all this because I wish I had known these things before we booked, and to let others who may have similar mobility issues, so they can be aware of the situation. The only other minor issues were, no welcome pack , I guess we should have requested one, no basic household items, soap, toilet rolls , etc which we usually find in rental properties.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen,ruhigen Lage.Der Pool ist toll.Man brauch unbedingt ein Auto um Einkäufe zu erledigen.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht aber die Dachterasse war sehr dreckig und die Möbel alt und die Sitzauflagen total kaputt.Ansonsten sind ein paar kleine Dinge zu reparieren die uns aber nicht gestört haben.Der Ort h und das Meer hat uns nicht gefallen.Total überfüllt was aber wahrscheinlich an der Jahreszeit liegt.

Fantastisk hus og område.
Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i dette hus, der manglede ikke noget i køkkenet, og sengene var behagelige at sov i, alt i alt et rigtigt godt hus. Skal vi komme med kritik af noget, skulle det lige være møblerne på terressen i så fint et hus ville det være dejligt med nogle ordentlige stole at side på når man skal spise morgenmad, og så mangler der en parasol til at skygge lidt for solen udenfor køkkenet og på tag terressen, og tælleren på airconditionen havde helt sit eget liv, den startede på 4430 dagen efter stod den på 2700, og lige pludselig var den nede på 0930 det selvom vi kun kørte med den ca 2 timer inden vi gik til køjs hver aften, den sidste aften stod den på 0275 så jeg puttede to euro i det var med det resultat at tælleren skiftede den til 9999.

Beautiful Villa, gorgeous location and wonderful holiday
We had a perfect stay in the villa, we are a small family with a 3 year old and it was perfect for us as there were loads of family friendly activities nearby. An easy drive to the beach, the zoo and with a butterfly sanctuary nearby it was great fun. The beds were particularly comfortable after staying in many places in Spain which had beds like ironing boards, this was a real treat haha. We would recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to stay again in future.

We stayed at the villa for the Christmas holidays We have been visiting Benalmadena Pueblo area two or three times a year for the last 10 years and without doubt the Villa at El Mirador Del Rancho Domingo  is by far the best villa we have rented. Immaculately clean. Furnished to a high standard. Extremely comfortable. A warm fireplace to relax during the winter evening. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need and a plancha for those nights chilling at home. WIFI that actually worked for the entire ten days and IPTV with all UK Channels and Film Channels with latest films  Stunning gardens & pool area, the garden is fully gated which is lovely especially if you have young children. Great location, quiet and just a 2 min drive to the village or a 15 mns walk  The location was perfect and we enjoyed various trip to Malaga ( only 20mns drive) to watch the Xmas lights, a walk to the village to see the Three kings procession..and the beach during the day..  All in all this was a great holiday and we will be back soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa

Beautiful location
The house was perfect, clean and well decorated and nicely furnished containing everything you could need. Situated in a tranquil, green area near to the beautiful village, which is well equipped with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool which was very quiet and the roof terrace for sunbathing. There are fantastic views from the house. Also recommend the train to Malaga, beautiful old town. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
