Hotell i krise!!!!!

Første inntrykk - rolige og fine omgivelser, ikke for stort hotell-fuglesang om morgenen ,stille om natten!! Andre inntrykk-frokosten var fattig,veldig enkel ! Rommet hadde bra størrelse ,men fasilitetene var dårlige, håndkle og sengetøy utslitt med flekker!!! Renhold hver annen dag -de folkene gjør så godt de kan, men utstyret er dårlig ,samme klut over hele etaten . Her er 35 rom !!! Fra baderommet kommer det sjenerende odør!!! Hele rørsystemet trenger ut spyling!!! Alt dette som er nevnt viser at hotellet er overmodent for oppgradering!!! Resepsjonsansatte har vært samarbeidsvillige og villige til å løse de værste problemene ved vårt opphold her ved Carina Beach Resort !!! Hvis standard blir oppgradert vil vi kanskje komme igjen her !

I had very pleasant experience staying at this resort. Staff is very courteous and facilities are top notch in that area. Very close to Benaulim beach approx 1 KM. Very clean and eco friendly resort

In need of maintenance

It seemed that this hotel may have just opened due to Covid. Property was not well kept. Grass needed to be mowed. They did not have food which was included in our reservation. They did manage to go and buy a few pieces of chapati.

Thank you Tennille and Cristian for staying with us. Due to the Covid situation, we have only opened one wing with ten rooms (mid november) with the area around now cleaned and trimmed. As explained to you in person, your reservation did not show breakfast included in it, hence the issue. Nonetheless we immediately agreed to provide you breakfast which you then asked us to adjust with lunch instead. We freshly prepared and packed the Aloo parathas for you as a takeaway as Mr Cristian informed at lunch that he wanted something very light and no gravy stuff. It was not bought. Secondly we gave you a late checkout without you even asking for it. Our staff did its best to ensure your stay was comfortable and it will be nice if this would have been mentioned as well. Thank you again and wish you a safe and pleasant trip ahead. Cheers

Väldigt trevligt familjört enkelt hotell med frukostbröd to die for tillsammans med en supergod röra. Härliga fruktträd i trödgården dör tupp o hönor strövade fritt.
