Staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It has all of the amenities you need. The breakfast really hit the spot.

This hotel is severely understaffed. They do not answer the phone if you call from your room and if you go down to the desk they cannot help with things like blankets or towels or how to get rid of garbage. There is no housekeeping. I stayed three days and repeatedly asked for a place to throw my garbage, new towels, a blanket for the pullout couch with zero results. My daughter took the bed and I took the couch and covered up with a towel. They couldn’t replace keys. The desk was often unmanned. I cannot believe I spend almost $600/night for the worst hotel experience of my life.

Sorry to hear about this situation but as you know we suffer from the microsoft problems we did our best to accommodate every one and try to give every one our guest a place to saty

We booked through Expedia. But when we arrived, it was sold out. They would not honor our reservation now did they call us to let us know that Expedia overbooked. No apologies from staff. Terrible customer service IMO. A single phone call doesn’t seem like too much to ask from Hilton or Expedia to inform us of the overbooking.

The hotel is fairly easy to find, located near Highway 20 on the east side of Bend. There are shops nearby that could be walked to. Also, our room was relatively big for a hotel room and included a couch, as well as a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and even included plates and glasses we could use; there's also a dishwasher in the room to put used dishes & glasses in when done with them. The shampoo, body wash, and soap included in the bathroom was nice. Also, although the room had an air conditioner, I feel like a fan or two in the room would have also been a nice touch. The wifi was decent. And we brought a streaming device with us, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily and get it on the wifi and stream some content we like to watch that way. The bed was okay, although somewhat hard (not so good for a stomach sleeper). The pillows seemed to be stuffed with down, which are soft but they become flat fairly quickly. There was ice available in the hall that we could conveniently get ourselves, which was nice.
