Was surprised with the warm welcome from the staff at check in. The style & decor of the hotel was so impressive as well as the large space of our room. The only “negative” is that the breakfast was not ready on time on our 1st day so we only grabbed a bagel & headed elsewhere for breakfast. And the breakfast the next day was not very appetizing. But all in all I was upset happy & impressed with the hotel. The room, the views, plenty of parking, & wonderful amenities on site. Will definitely stay there again. Wish all best western branches were as impressive as The Peppertree Hotel

Very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the bar and restaurant!

Nice centralized area for where we were going. Great people at the desk- very helpful. Very nice hotel . Only thing I have to say bad was we had no room service any of the four days we were there. We had to ask each day for towels and we put our garbage outside the door after 3 days but had no bags to replace . They should explain about room service at desk when we checked in. Staff would have gotten 5 stars if not for that. Need to have more options for bread besides bagels for breakfast.

The pool was closed and we were not informed about that when we checked in A dog was barking in a room next to our room and when we asked to move to a different room. The female front desk clerk was about to do that per our request and a female manager or shift lead asked her to stop and that they needed to address the "dog issue" before honoring our request to move a room. I found this very off putting and not in keeping with doing your best to make a guest stay pleasant. The dog continued to bark for at least another 30mins The first floor rooms are extremely loud the room above was making noise all day and well past 12p Breakfast options were decent.

Had a great stay here and will consider staying again! Our room on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the mountains. Friendly staff at front desk but the breakfast left something to be desired

It would be helpful is they had a wheelchair on site for the guests. My friend broke her foot while we were there and I had to wait for a luggage cart and use it to wheel her out to our car.

There isn't much staff. Only in the bar, really. They were great. Everything in the hotel from the construction to the furnishings to the food was extremely cheap. Hotel was obviously designed and furnished to take a couple decent pics for the internet at the lowest possible cost.
