Everything about this house was perfect for us. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with an excellent selection of pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils. We had brought several kitchen items with us not knowing what would be there, but it was almost like being home. We ended up not needing the items we had brought. The property management was very responsive. There was no gas in the grill tank when we arrived, and they brought a replacement within an hour. The pilot light was out on the fireplace, and they were there within 30 minutes. There was a leak at the base of one of the toilets, and they were there immediately and had it fixed in 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable, there was a nice selection of games and videos, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to watch TV or just hang out. The hot tub was my grandson's favorite place to be. The walking/biking trails were amazing, and the daily visits of deer in the back yard just a foot off the deck was so exciting. The house was just a 7 minute bike ride from the village which was really convenient. We will definitely be returning and will rent this house again.

Up to Sunriver/Bend/Mt. Bachelor area for a ski/snowboarding trip. Property listing specifically states that the living room has a gas fireplace… which the family was looking forward to after long days on the mountain… except that the fireplace was not working. Called to ask about the fireplace and was told that it was a known issue that could not be fixed during our stay. Wouldn’t have booked this property had this been disclosed at the time the property was booked. My biggest issue is that this was known to be a problem but wasn’t disclosed prior to booking. Poor communication at the very least… dishonest at worst. There is also a fireplace in the main downstairs bedroom that was not working either. This one wasn’t quite as bothersome since it wasn’t listed in the property description so I wasn’t expecting it upon arrival.

Comfortable and relaxing.

We had a great time in Sunriver. The house is comfortable and is conveniently located near the village and grocery store. It has a fully stocked kitchen and large dining table. The coffee maker is not a Kuerig so bring ground coffee, there are plenty of filters. COVID protocols made it impossible for us to get into the SHARQ so the hot tub came in very handy. The walls around the tub made it nice and private so it felt like being in the forest. The king bed was very comfortable. The queen is a little soft. The decor is dated but that didn’t bother us. My suggestion would be to replace the bath / hand towels; new Costco towels are inexpensive and feel luxurious. This is a comfortable house in a great setting. We enjoyed our stay. My review is not meant to be critical but to give feedback to help make it even better.

Summer trip

House was great, unfortunately the A/C wasn’t working when we came in and took them to end of second say to fix. There were some other issues like no propane that also got addressed but not till the day after notifying the office. We did enjoy the house and set up was as pictured/described.

This property is clean, and everything works. However, it is a bit outdated (doesn't seem to have had much updated since 80s/90s). Beds aren't the most comfortable. ESPECIALLY the TWIN/TRUNDLE. Also, as of our stay, the bathroom and kitchen towels were old, scratchy, frayed, and stained. You did not feel clean using them. Do not count on being able to use the included SHARC passes as the pool is not adhering to their posted policies. This ends up being an amenity you pay for in your rental fee, look forward to, but are unlikely to be able to use. Sunriver did not seem to be very friendly to visitors. We spent a lot of time lost, trying to figure out what we did/did not have access to, etc...
