Ok pour une étape

Par contre, l'environnement est très bruyant: beaucoup de camions et de circulations juste devant toute la nuit.

Check in was great and the lady that checked us in was very nice. But the second day our key cards were deactivated and the guy at the counter tried to say we didn’t book for two days. After some research he realized he was wrong and gave new key cards but this was not an ideal situation. He was not as friendly as the lady that checked us in. The room was spacious and nice. I do like this hotel.

Not bad at all
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was absolutely awesome the staff was really friendly the only thing I would have to say is I wish there would have been a softer chair to sit in other than the hard plastic ones for the table and they may want to finish remodeling the room we stayed in otherwise it was fantastic day we will be returning and they forgot to leave the light on

Rooms are clean and staff were friendly. AC was too noisy and takes a lot of time to cool.

I was only in town overnight for a concert, but the staff who checked me in and out were both incredibly friendly. The room was clearly updated fairly recently, so it was quite nice. The bed was huge. I love a firm bed, so I was happy, but I know a lot of people who might not have enjoyed the bed as much as I did.
