The staff is beyond excellent and communication was prompt and timely during a brief emergency that occured not far from the property. The manager stayed late into the evening til sure all was well. Nice place with a pool and hot tub and an excellent breakfast. We come to Bend regularly and will definitely return

Nice place to stay overnight. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
Access to the property is/was limited due to highway construction, but this problem is only temporary and certainly not the fault of the Inn. we would stay here again should opportunity bring us this way.

Friendly staff and quiet place.
This hotel is not recent but maintained in pretty good conditions. Confortable bed.
