Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons attendu la 2e nuit avant d’inavoué draps taie d’oreiller pour le cavale lit alors que nous avions réservé dès le départ pour un adulte deux enfants.
Au petit dej, arrivés à 10h05, la seule fois où on a pu s’y rendre, tout était rangé !!!
Pas sympa du tout …
Le pking 10$ est aussi trop cher quand on reste plusieurs nuits comme nous …
La chambre était très bien mais cela ne vallait pas le prix.

You are correct, we do our well service every 3 days, this begins the day after you check in. However, we are always available to deliver anything you need during your stay. I am sorry for the miscommunication in regards to breakfast times. We do charge a parking fee of $10 per night. We share a parking lot with multiple businesses, one being a hotel. We want our guests to have ample parking. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

The hotel was extremely clean and nice. The location is so nice as well. I can get to anywhere in my interests within 10 min max. We actually ended up staying 1 more night at the same hotel. Highly highly recommended.

Location is great for an amphitheater concert. No more than a 10 minute walk downhill.

The hotel forgot to mention there is a twelve dollar parking fee per night - not noted on the Expedia or Bonvoy website. They also failed to mention they only refresh the room every other night for the cost this hotel is not worth it.

I appreciate that Residence Inn welcomes canine guests though we left our boy home. It’s convenient location to downtown and shopping rates high in our book.
I would encourage free parking for guests.
