Yes and yes! The location of these units are hard to beat when you are coming to Bend to explore. We are located within walking distance to just about everything one could possibly need. We hope to be seeing more of you in the future Katrina, thank you again for being such an awesome guest!

Wonderful location

The river trail that follows the Deschutes and leads you downtown is surely breathtaking... You will have to find your way back to it in the fall as it would surely leave you speechless!

Nice location
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family enjoyed our stay. The property is adjacent to a nice park which connects to a path along the river. It was a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. When we needed to drive to more distant locations, it was easy to access US 97. Parking was convenient. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The unit is not fancy or.super modern, but it was safe and comfortable.

Great Stay!!

I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings listening to the river. The house was clean and organized, and we would love to stay there again!

Excellent location but not worth the price during peak season
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing pictures made the property appear much newer than it was. The property was on the third floor but that wasn't clear from the listing. We had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. The bathrooms were cramped and the hallways leading up to the property were more like a cheap roadside motel than a luxury resort (the prices were at that range).
We stayed during peak summer and the price per night was significantly higher than the average price shown. But the experience wasn't worth the price.

Seshadri, we are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience staying here. Unfortunately, all of our units are individually owned, therefore all of the units looks different. Because you booked through a third party website, the pictures you see do not always match the actual unit you stayed in. We always recommend booking through us so you are not mislead and we can recommend the best units we have. We apologize for the small hallways, as this building was built in the 1960's and has not been fully renovated. The location here however, is super amazing. We hope to welcome you back in the future to show you how awesome this place really is!

We are so happy to hear you were able to relax and take in the beautiful views from the patio of your unit! With having a fully equipped kitchen, you are able to cook some homemade meals and enjoy them while looking over the Deschutes river at sunset. Theres nothing better!

If you are looking for a relaxing spot to stay while still being just a 10 minute walk to all of your favorite breweries and restaurants then this is the place for you! We have the views, the peacefulness, and the best location in town. We hope to see you back again soon!
