Hotel ayant changé de nom..et qui du coup n'etait plus un hilton..et en travaux... donc bruyant et breakfast pas ala huteur d'un Hilton....qui n'en etait plus un.

Our rooms and public spaces (restaurant included) have been fully updated with all of the contemporary comforts guests expect when visiting Hilton's Tapestry Collection of boutique hotels. This is a 300.00 a night hotel with 2 coffee pods, no complimentary coffee in the morning, 15.00 a night for parking, the hallway carpet was dirty You can stay in a beautiful hotel for 50.00 more

Aaron,I am sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than stellar. In fact, we recently underwent a significant remodel and have elevated our services across the board. Instead of generic drip coffee, we now offer a full café of made-to-order breakfast options, including coffee sourced locally courtesy of our neighborhood roasters, Thump. Due to limited space, parking does come at a premium in downtown Bend, hence the 15 charge. Our goal is to always elevate our guest's experiences beyond their expectations, so I apologize if we missed the mark during your visit. I hope you will give us the opportunity to host you again and show you why the Newberry Hotel is considered a top destination in Central Oregon.

This hotel was perfect for walking around Bend, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
