Great family fun

We had great stay, plenty of room and lots of things to do for the entire family. I really enjoyed all the amenities and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Bad Choice

House was dirty-carpets filthy, floors not mopped, dishes in cupboards clearly were put up without being washed, no cleaning supplies available. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean home ourselves. The grounds were full of weeds, clearly no yard work had taken place and it was quite frankly, disgusting! False misrepresentation of home, what was advertised was not available. Bikes were dirty and tires were low-no pump available. Passes not available and certain towels were not available. When we called to talk with someone with regards to these items, we negotiated “half off” of our entire fee, not housekeeping fees. The email that we receive stated a $150 refund, not the half off entire fee. When we tried to get hold of someone, we were constantly to,d they will call us back with a few hours. After a few DAYS, we finally had a reluctant person tell us that they would not refund the half off entire fee, but only the housekeeping fee. The rental was falsely advertised and according to the contract, breach of contract. They clearly failed to provide their side of the agreement. We spent half of our vacation trying to resolve these problems, to no avail.

The property was great! I didn’t do my research and realized too late this is not in the Sunriver resort area. This was about 15 minutes outside of the area.
