Set in the beautiful tree lined Hargreaves Street the house has 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds. There is an option for further guests to be accommodated on the sofa bed and an additional single bed, which can be set up on request. There is a comfortable lounge and dining area for up to 6 people.

Lovely Cottage
Perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The back lawned area was large enough for them to have a play and explore. It was lovely that the heating and lights were on for us when we arrived as it was getting dark. We will return.

so homely and welcoming
this is a beautiful property. So well appointed and furnished. Very comfortable and clean. We wanted for nothing. Bed very comfortable and cosy. Kitchen well equipped to cook own meals. Hosts are excellent communicators and very friendly. Close to town so we didn't need to use the car. We loved our stay at Hargreaves Cottage and would stay again if need be.

Wedding weekend
We stayed here for 2 nights to attend the wedding of a family member. The cottage is very close to the CBD of Bendigo, but far enough removed to be in a quiet area. The house is neat and tidy, with all the items you will need for a short stay.

Great weekend in Bendigo
We stayed for 3 days in Bendigo and this place was the perfect location to walk around and see the sights. We were greeted with a bottle of Shiraz, some sparkling water and a big bag of Maltesers upon entry. It was beautifully styled and comfortable. We loved the local cafe Percy & Percy for breakfast and bonus, it had great coffee. Highly recommend. What I loved about this cute little cottage was that we were able to bring our red heeler with us so she had some backyard to explore as well. Thank you Glenn and Maddie.

A beautiful cottage…
We spent three nights in Hargreaves Cottage. It was delightful! The interior decoration reflects taste, while the amenities provided showed that our hosts, Glenn and Maddie, were thinking about the comfort of their guests. The a/c heating was on when we arrived on a cold afternoon. There was a bottle of Shiraz, some sparkling water and a big bag of Maltesers on the table. Coffee, tea, cereal and small milks in the kitchen. Closely located to Bendigo CBD (walking distance) but still has the feel of a local neighbourhood. Our little dog loved it as well…the yard is sealed, so she could sniff out past residents to her heart’s content. There is off road parking and the smart TV allows you to access your Netflix, Amazon and Stan accounts. Highly recommended.
