3 star hotel with 1 star service!
Posted Jan. 4, 2023 on HotelsSome of the hotel staff seemed unable to converse/understand simple English. It was as though they were just repeating polite pre programmed sentences. Tea ordered in room service or at breakfast was always served in open cup and not kettle with the result it went cold before the first sip.
