I would like to extend my sincere apology for not meeting your expectations. We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. For making every guest informed we have mentioned our room size of every category in our booking engine. After considering several feedbacks we are coming up with larger size rooms in our extended wing in our premises. This will be operational in September and will service your concern on room size and cupboard for luggage.In regards to not refunding on your remaining nights. Your reservations on a special discounted tariff which was non cancellable.I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. The quality of in-room dining food was bad. The food orders for dinner was made in the morning or noon and the same was re-heated and served at dinner.
