Food was poor. Despite informing every next meal, no improvement. Booked for an SUV to the airport, end up getting sedan. Was late for the flight, had to voice out much to get refund in cash. Too tiny rooms. Just one thing good was, closest to my work and a chain of holiday inn hence safety concerned wasn’t there.

Provided two IDs for 2 rooms Staff insist on IDs for all guests including children. No specification on which pages of ID required so provided photo pages. Staff come back & insist on front and back passport. Has been just short of harrasment

The stay was ok, toilet was dirty I called the receptionist to send someone to clean. One guy came and he cleaned with the white towel it seems like they use it to clean the toilets and then rotate the same ones for the customer use.
