Room was very small and food was just ok

The hotel front desk said we haven't paid yet during our arrival. I made a payment again despite paying telling them because it was paid with receipt.

Food was poor. Despite informing every next meal, no improvement. Booked for an SUV to the airport, end up getting sedan. Was late for the flight, had to voice out much to get refund in cash. Too tiny rooms. Just one thing good was, closest to my work and a chain of holiday inn hence safety concerned wasn’t there.
