Escale à Bangalore

L'adresse de cet hôtel m'avait été donnée par mon correspondant afin de faciliter notre rencontre. L'arrivée en taxi laissait planer un doute... Quelle bonne surprise à l'arrivée! Sans être un palace, cet hôtel est confortable,bien tenu; ma chambre était spacieuse; le personnel est accueillant. Que demander de plus pour une escale!

Worst experience at royal orchid resort

I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions were average, untidy furniture, fused bulbs and dirty linen. 4. No complementary dinner or anything even after they downgraded and agreed to give some complementary stuff as they cannot refund the difference amount. 5. Breakfast was average and again staff was inexperienced or rude most of the time. 6. Slow Room service, had to wait 30+ mins to get water. Strongly advice not to book if planning to visit with family or friends.

広い敷地は緑に覆われ環境はとてもよい。 朝食はおいしく食べられた。レストランスタッフはフレンドリーで親切。 スポーツ施設が整っており、こどもたちのスポーツや研修合宿に向いているようだ。 一方、部屋は今ひとつ。チェックイン時にルームキーがなくマスターキーで開けてみらったが2時間たっても届かない。部屋やバスルームの床の掃除が今ひとつ。ハンドウォッシュのボトルは空。チェックイン前から部屋の前にあったルームサービスの食べ残し皿が翌朝まで片付けられない、など。 出張利用にはすすめられないです。

Worst property ……. I book for 3 nights 3 rooms with family and we just stay one night next day check out Reason Room so dirty Blanket got hair and smelly Toilet so dirty Staff rude No amenities Property around area no manage well I have worst experience and I feel embarrassed in front of my family If you ask for points from 0 to 10 I give zero Even we check out 2 day early staff didn’t ask why you checkout Because I know I can’t get refund back we pay for three night $1000

Rooms were not clean, bedsheets were dirty, had to call room service to change. The glasses and water bottles in the room were not clean. Overall upkeep of the room was not up to a standard for it to be called a three star hotel.
