Nice hotel and location. Courteous staff.

This is a nice hotel pretty near to the Airport. Took us about 15-25 mts each way while coming from airport to hotel and the trip back to airport. Coming to hotel was in the afternoon so took longer because of traffic but not at all bad. The booking was handled by a lady at the front desk and whose name I have forgotten and I am sorry about that. She handled everything from booking the rooms, booking the van for airport pickup and also helped along with her team member to arrange for 2 cars back to the airport. Well not their fault exactly for we had to leave around 12:30am night to the International airport terminal. She was very courteous and patient and helpful. The rooms we opted were standard size which were little smaller but we wanted those as we had 2 rooms so it didn’t matter. The rooms are good for 2 people with a big bed and nice clean attached bathroom. The best was the prompt room service which was very good. The coffee and tea were wonderful and the great thing was the late night in-room food service. Though the food choices reduce as it becomes late but there is a huge menu selection of Indian, Chinese and Arabic food selection. We stayed for a total of 7 hrs as we were transiting thru Bengaluru but we loved this nice cozy hotel and it will be in our list when we visit this nice city and we would be glad to refer it to our friends if they need a place to stay.
