POOR COMMUNICATION SERVICE FROM THE HOTEL

I had book the hotel for my parents. the hotel is nice and clean but when come to service there not NOT PROFESSIONAL 0% VERY POOR SERVICE BOOK THE HOTELS VIA HOTELS.COM BUT THE HOTELS SRT ALPINES KEPT telling my parents that i have not made any payment. we kept calling the managers at the hotel, they barely could speak English. i don't who,s fault was this but the SRT Alpine managers should know how to collect money for these website or a proper channel of communication needs to be established between hotels.com and SRT managers. i ended up getting refund from the hotels.com but this was 100% frustrating to both me and my parents in the foreign country.
