Good property. Poor check in experience

Rooms were clean and food was excellent. Staff was nice and attentive. Issue I had was the balcony was dirty and had bird and rat droppings. If the balcony matched the cleanliness of the room, this rating would be a 4.

Lady behind the reception could not be less helpful. May be new and could not manage the stress.
When asked for help with luggage, she suggested it would take 30 minutes, when bell boy was waiting and free.
Washroom shower drain was completely backed up.
Staff ant night was helpful.

I stayed in hotel for 15hrs .Reception guys did not give Wifi details when i check in . And reception phone 9 did not get for long time so i end up coming down and asking them details. They gave it. Informed them hand soap in the bathroom is out , asked them to refil they never did. Lunch buffet was 600Rs with very few verities. Food was not that good. But Roti was good. It is 15 min drive from airport which was very convinient for getting rest for few hours before my connecting flight
