Emplacement parfait, personnel très attentif
Publié le 27 févr. 2018 sur ExpediaTout est parfait, très bon rapport qualité prix. Séjour de trois nuits, à renouveler. Silencieux, propre, confortable, quartier très sûr. 10 minutes à pied mg road station métro. Dommage, il faut partir un jour. Merci au personnel, dont Edmond.

Le personnel oriente très fortement vers les services de l'hôtel. Lorsque l'on demande de réserver un cab (taxi), ils veulent à tous pris nous forcer à prendre le service de voiture de l'hôtel (prix x10).

We hadn’t stayed at St Mark’s for six years due to not travelling to Bangalore.
Upon our return we were delighted to see nothing had changed. Still a fabulous location in the heart of Bangalore. Spacious rooms that are impeccably clean. The yummiest food both for breakfast and a delightful dinner in their new rooftop restaurant.
But most importantly is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
My sister had a facial in the in house spa and said it was one of the best she has had in India.
They also ordered us a taxi for two hours to visit our favourite shopping spot, Raintree. Our driver was wonderful and the fare very reasonable.
Thank you St Mark’s. We’ll be back soon.

Our spacious room was immaculately clean, and the food was exceptional - both the breakfast spread and the dinner at their new rooftop restaurant were truly delicious. However, what truly sets St Mark's apart is its exceptional staff. Friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond, they ensured our stay was flawless. My sister indulged in a facial at the in-house spa and declared it one of the best she's experienced in India. The hotel also arranged a two-hour taxi service for us to visit our favourite shopping destination, Raintree, with a wonderful driver at a very reasonable fare. St Mark Hotel is an excellent choice in downtown Bengaluru. This 7-floor hotel offers a lobby restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and in-room dining. The rooms are clean, modern, and they feature automation through an outstanding electronic system for control of lighting, privacy, and service. All staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our week in St.Mark Hotel in the first week of August 2024.
