I've been visiting the Taj West End at the end of my business trip, when I was exhausted and sick. The staff there helped me a lot and made my stay wonderful.
Also, the property is stunning! The fact that it's looks like a mini resort helps you to get "away" from the noise and pollution of the city.
I would definitely stay there again!

The only negative point was the try of the receptionist to move us (for 2 days) to a "sister hotel" because they had a group. Of course we definitely refused. We understand that groups are very important but it's a five star hotel that has a high level of demand …. We have been amazed he dared to ask us to move.
