Staff are pretty rude, especially the reception team , had issues while checking in and checking out as well. Will never ever step into this hotel.

It’s a nice property with heritage. We enjoyed the stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice restaurants. It’s better if BBC and CNN channels are provided on the TV network. I recommend this hotel highly
