Nice experience and nice hotel!

The hotel is very nice, pretty close to the beach and the old town of Benidorm with its beautiful streets and a lot of stores. The room was large, with 2 comfy beds, cleaned every day, the towels changed at request and the linen once at 4 days. The bathroom was also large, well equipped. We had HB with possibility to choose between lunch and dinner which was very nice and flexible. All the stuff from reception, cleaning and restaurant very professional and kind. Even if we read in the other reviews that the lifts were very crowded and they were supposed to wait a lot, the truth is that at some hours the lifts could be very crowded but we never expected more than 5 minutes hence it was totally fine for us! The only thing that could be improved is about the food. Comparing with other hotels 4* in Spain, the food was very basic, the same breakfast every day which is completely boring for 10 days, also the dinner could be a bit improved being more varied.

Todo ha estado muy bien: habitación, limpieza, desayuno, piscina..... Sólo un comentario en aras a mejorar: hay un ruido terrible cuando limpian las habitaciones. Durante la mañana se oye el arrastrar de los muebles en diferentes habitaciones.

Disappointed

For a four star hotel, this hotel disappoints and should really be considered a 3-star hotel. Mini-bar was empty and refrigerator temp was poor. Air conditioning didn't work in room. Hallway carpet dirty. Soup dispenser dispenses foam soap for shampoo or shower gel? It was a mystery. The pictures of the rooms online did not match in any way the room that I received. The gentleman that checked me in didn't make me feel welcome in any way and it seemed that I was causing him some inconvenience. This hotel is a factory for European group tours. I complained by survey to Hotels.com and nobody from the hotel contacted me.
