Property will cancel your reservation and will not refund original booking even if you check in the next day. I have had to pay for two hotel rooms for 5 night stays each but I only stayed in one hotel room.

Beautiful hotel . Check in was easy and convenient. Travelled July 2024 for 2 nights. I will definitely return.

Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. The staff are top notch and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. I felt secure throughout my stay, other than the outdated rooms, this is the best hotel in Benin for now.

The Protea Hotel will be my choice for stay in Benin moving forward. The showers were always hot & air conditioner, always cold. The staff was extremely accommodating and prepared to help or offer guidance. The beds could be softer but that’s the standard in the area. I always felt secure about my belongings during my stay. The cleaner was an absolute pleasure every morning, offering new sheets & towels at request. Overall a great stay. Be sure to try the grilled catfish & the ice cold Heineken on draft.
