Many reviews state the rooms “could use updates” but, more accurately, the rooms need REPAIRS. Floorboards peeling, light bulbs burned out, toilet tank lid severely damaged, stained bedsheets, mattress so worn out it was like sleeping on a giant donut…the list goes on. The rate was a discount versus nearby hotels and still not worth it. Front desk service was organized and friendly. Breakfast looked fine but after seeing the room I didn’t dare try the food.

The staff was very efficient, polite and cheerful. The room could use some help. The flooring was disintegrating and the mattress has seen better days. The outside was well kept.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great! The room itself could have used a deep cleaning. The curtains and sofa were dirty with stains, the air conditioner unit was full of dust and there was mold on the window sills. I stayed in 4 different motels/hotels in a 2 week period and this was by far the worst and most expensive.

Rooms were ok but our room had water spots on the walls. You could see that there was water still in some areas of the walls. Toilet tank lid was a piece of board. In my sister’s room there was a piece of flooring covering missing by the bed.

Floor was torn up with sharp exposed edges. Remote did not work. Cobweb on bathroom door. If floor was intact it would have been nice to stay there. It was not worth the money I spent to stay!

This is an older property that has a lot of upgrades and renovation. We had a king room that was like a junior suite in size but not sure that was guaranteed. There are a couple of different buildings and rooms in each building may be unique. Ask if you want to be sure what type of room you get. Linens and TV's, lighting, etc. were all fine. Standard shower with curtain. Our room had the older type wall units for AC and heat with very loud fan and AC. Bed was okay. Modest breakfast spread, each day different so I'm not sure you can plan on any specific food. Pool looked beautiful but it was being used by smokers so we passed. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful

Comfortable stay
This hotel was perfect for our needs as we were going to the Solid Sound Featival in North Adams. My biggest complaint is that our room keys kept failing. This happened to us twice, once when we got back around midnight and had we knocking on the lobby door and calling when nobody picked up. The second time it happened earlier in the evening. Otherwise, our stay was very clean and comfortable.

It was ok….
Great location for the purposes of our stay, but the property needs some TLC. The room was spacious, but needed a deep clean - the floors were filthy, makeup left on the mirror in bathroom, garbage under the pull out couch, mouldy water sprinker….the closer you looked, ugh. Walls are VERY thin. Heard someone above us pacing and moving furniture at 3am - not a restful sleep. Breakfast offering was fine, though lots of disposable plates, cutlery, cups etc, all going to the landfill. Kids loved the pool, but it too needed a clean (I skimmed out cigarettes and old bandaids - yuck).
