We arrived at 7:35, it was dark and kinda sketchy. We drove up a really dangerous incline and washboarded dirt road to get to a locked gate and no one answering the phone or a honk. We contacted expedia..aka....a robot....and they proceeded to tell me even though i payed the insurance for this exact reason that the people wouldnt give my money back....and they couldnt contact them yet they leave this ad for this property up. Not ok and wont be using this service again.

Couldn't find the place...

Unable to find the place.. I call because my husband went there as well and he wasn't able to find it either

We received two calls. The first one said they they wre on San Ignacio , 8 miles away and would arrive by about 7 pm. We replied that they should call on arrival to Benque Viejo and we would arrange pickup as we have done with several guests. The next call was much later and we told us that Ms Roxan would be staying in San Ignacio . The caller asked our location and we stated that we are in Benque Viejo but the person said they would not be coming until the following day. No one showed up. This is the first guest who has claimed that they could not find us
