Great Rental for our family gathering!
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Benson area! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Great access to Benson, Tombstone, and Tucson areas! We will be renting again when we visit this area again!

Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice little spot that was in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like a smaller version of our own home, which inspired us to build a patio and get a hot tub for our own house. Definitely would stay here again if we decide to do a 10 day western road trip again.

Sisters and Mom Trip
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy sisters and I took our mom, who is 94 to see her brother. A specific requirement was that the house have a recliner for her to sleep in. This house fit the bill. The couch has reclining sections. This house was great for the four of us. It is advertised as a three bedroom but really it is two bedrooms with a study with no doors right off the living room. This house is one story which was a must for us. it does have an inclined driveway however we were able to park in the garage so getting our mom in the house was not a problem. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans but not many serving dishes. There were place settings for 7 in the dishes and plenty of stainless. We did have to go buy paper towels as there was no extra rolls. The kitchen is very modestly stocked with spices. It would have been nice to have aluminum foil and some ziploc bags available. There is a pool table for entertainment. The backyard area is nice. We didn't use it but I can see how families with children would enjoy it. There is a hot tub. The owner was very responsive to our request while there. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, stocked well, a nice fenced yard for our two dogs. We felt right at home! Loved the neighborhood with its’ beautiful mountain views!
The owner returned all calls and texts very quickly. Looking forward to staying here again!

Weekend Getaway
Publié le 19 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property is beautiful with wonderful views of the landscape. We had no issues using the TVs, grilling, or cooking in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was spacious.
If you’re interested in using the hot tub, I would suggest checking in with the owner before your trip. When we had arrived it looked like it had not been used or serviced in a few weeks. Otherwise, the property was great.
