The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful mid-century ranch home, Audubon Acres!  Adjacent to the Point O Woods golf course, this was the longtime home of the CEO of Whirlpool Corporation.  From the genuine slate roof to the unique laid-brick flooring, every square foot whispers quality.  With its spacious living room and large adjoining kitchen, this home is perfect for corporate retreats and large family gatherings. Gather in the spacious, fully appointed open-concept kitchen/dining room.  Enjoy the pool table beside the picture window, or head out for a round of golf on the Point O Woods course just outside.

This home is also just a 3-minute drive from the Blue Dress Barn wedding venue--perfect for wedding guests!

Sixteen guests can sleep comfortably. There are 3 ground-floor bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds, and a twin hide-a-bed in the living room. The master bedroom has an attached full bathroom, and there are 2 more full bathrooms on the ground floor.

Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed in the common area.  Downstairs also has a kitchenette and a half bath.

The in-law suite can sleep an additional four guests in a queen bed, one twin bed, and one twin trundle bed. In the in-law suite, you will also find a full bathroom and kitchen.

There is an additional twin air mattress that can be used during your stay.

Unforgettable Weekend
Our family gathered for a surprise weekend to celebrate Grandma’s 70th birthday. The property is spacious with lots to explore and everything you could need. We had an unforgettableweekend hanging at the house together, visiting a local orchard, the beach and downtown. The host is great. Check-in and Check-out were easy .

Great getaway
We loved this place! It was comfortable, clean and on a beautiful wooded lot. This was a great place for us to get together with friends. It would also be great for family reunions. Plenty of space and it is supplied well. We hope to use this location again some day. The host always communicates within the hour before and during our stay. Great service all around!

We were in your area for a funeral, stayed at your VRBO. The location was great (funeral in St Joseph, MI). The cleanliness of your property was OK. There were red (? BLOOD) stain on the door frame inside of the bathroom of the room we stayed in. The house had a musty smell the entire time we were there. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had adequate utensils for our purpose. Very nice to have enough bathrooms for our group. It was adequate for what we needed it for, as we spent most of our time loving on this family who is grieving. Cleanliness was 3/5 stars.

Beautiful Grounds and Space For Everyone!
We had a group of 10 in town for our daughters wedding at 12 Corners Vineyard. The home was perfectly laid out giving everyone their own space. Although we weren't there too much, the grounds were beautiful, everything was very clean and would 10/10 stay again.

The main house is a lovely space. Lots of room, great back yard. Pool table and kitchen were great. Downstairs was awesome. The in-law suite, however, stunk of mildew to the point of being unusable. Gas fire pits were out of propane. And the provided wood for fire would have last, maybe, an hour or two.

Property very well managed. Nice & quiet neighborhood. Only issue was lack of communication from Host due to check in. Family couldn't check in until two hours later. Very spacious and plenty of room for big families. Overall stay was good. I would recommend this place.

Exactly what we needed
Our daughter was married at the Blue Dress Barn, 3 miles away! It was perfect for us to be so close! The property management company was excellent and their response time was very fast. We would stay there again if ever needed and we will recommend the house and the property management company.

Wedding weekend
We attended a Saturday wedding at a venue in the area. This property was conveniently located just a couple minutes away. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The owner was courteous and prompt with communicating before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home, and if we need to stay in the area in the future I would definately book this property.

Beautiful large home with a few minor areas needing attention
A very nice unit in a top notch neighborhood for sure. The outside and inside was very clean. However the breezeway needs attention, primarily paint. Also the mattress on the master suite needs replacing. The side next to the windows must have been used by a large person and you do feel as if you were in a hole. What I do not understand are the stains on the dining room chairs. They were repulsive/filthy and should be recovered before this property is rented again. These items are minor and I would highly recommend this property.

This property was not clean. The sheets in the bedroom were not changed and had stains on them. Most things were sticky in the kitchen. Hot water was issue some times. Overall not a good experience with this property.

Perfect for a Large Family
We use to live in the area so we have lots of friends and family to see when we come to town. The property is Wooded and only a few minutes from everything. We were close enough for food delivery services like UberEats! There was more than enough space for the kids and a Hugh bonus was the guess house. The deck was beautiful and they left charcoal for a cookout. This property is my new home when I come back home. Thanks you so much!
