Big room, good area but very old fashion design

very big room with living room separatly. Closed to North Michigan Ave. But the design of the room is very old fashion and would need to be renovated Good deal if you can get a good price because standard price is too high

The room was nice and clean. Missed not having a microwave or easy chair and the bed was so close to the wall that it was hard to get out on that side. Went downstairs to get extra towels. Breakfast had a nice variety, except they ran out of orange juice. Good place for a one-night stay. Check-inn was quick and easy. Thanks!

The bed was comfy but the bathroom sink was stopped up the whole time we were there, staff was unprofessional!

Cancelled our room without notice. Tried to make us rebook on the spot for an additional $100. Leaving myself and my little kids with no place to stay for the night. They told me they had refunded my stay because they cancelled it— come to find out I was still charged and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. We were not the only family this happened to. She canceled the rooms for at least 10 other people to try to make more money. Many people were furious on the phone and in the lobby. Stay far far away.

The floors were filthy in our room and throughout the building. I don't even want to know what some of the stains in our room were!

I have pics dirty and mold on the vent in bathroom and no shower curtain sink stopped up. The carpets dirty. TV don’t work we called still didn’t get it fixed. We had 1 washcloth I bath towel and 2 hand towels , that’s for 2 people for 2 nights they said you only get maid service every 3rd night. Don’t stay there! Kathy Hunter

When we checked in our room was not ready. I only ask for pillowcases and towels and toiletries. Didn’t get toiletries. We stayed 2 nights. When we left for the second day around 10 am. They ask if we were checking out and we replied no and would be back this evening. When we returned to our room around 6 pm. It was not made up and we had no towels and trash needed taken out. I believe it was miscommunication on the staff.
