Everyone was nice and very helpful. Could've used bettie instructions on how to use the machines and how to get the comps put on your cards! Im not sure any of our meals, gaming and the night stay got put on our cards!! I hate to think we lost it all!!!

It has always been a pleasant experience. We usually stay 3 or 4 times per year and have not been disappointed. The rooms have always been clean. Even though we were in a non smoking room though we could still smell smoke walking to our room and I feel it goes through the heating system. Might be time to get rid of smoking rooms.
